Rates for Sessions

Private Sessions
All sessions are one-on-one with the physical therapist. No technicians will be assisting with care. 

Payment is due at time of service through cash, check, Zelle. You can also use a credit card as a courtesy with a 2.7% surcharge applied each session. 

A receipt can be provided at the end of each session upon request, so the client can submit for out-of-network reimbursement to their insurance company. See insurance tab under client resources for more information.
Initial Evaluation 
First time visit
 
All Initial examinations are 75 minutes.

Follow up Visit
 
All follow up visits are 60 minutes unless other arrangements are made.

While a specific treatment plan will be discussed and developed between the therapist and client, visits can take place 1-4 times per month. Typically visits are 1-2 times per month. Some cases can incorporate intensive treatment plans daily if needed. Time between sessions allows the body to integrate the changes created as well as for the client to perform given home exercises/plan to facilitate new motor patterns to maintain gains.  Many times a smaller number of visits in this environment are necessary due to the focused treatment, one-on-one care, and client's investment and participation with given program between sessions.
